It is not an easy task to exhibit an Irish setter in France due to the local breed club preferring to promote only hunting specimens for showing. 

However, despite this frustration, Cedric introduced the “imported” Bono into the show arena and was immediately successful with him at a very early age. 

Reputable, knowledgeable and internationally recognised judges awarded Bono many Group and Best in Show awards, earning his CIE title with many prestigious wins.  He was also France’s top irish setter for consecutive years.
