Irish Setter Sighting…

November 1st, 2020 by Gail

COVID interrupted the dog sports year early, however, one of the last Victorian dog events in 2020 was held in March – a Championship Show at Warragul & District Kennel & Obedience Club Inc. (at Darnum, rural Gippsland).

Kudos to the Club for commissioning local artist Sue Osborn (www.facebook.com/SueOsbornArtwork) to create a number of artworks of the Club’s  “high achieving” local dogs (and the Presidents’ poodle…) and having them displayed on the Clubrooms in time for the event.

What a wonderful idea as a trophy! … and John Pallôt’s own Irish setter, Ruby, Dual Ch. (T) Brodruggan Maple Doll TSD is featured  … for her exemplary work in obedience and tracking.

Congratulations John, for flying the flag for Irish setters – and for your Club regarding your achievements so highly.
